...The National Weather Service in Mobile AL has issued a Flood\n Warning for the following rivers in Florida...Alabama...\n \n Blackwater River Near Baker affecting Santa Rosa, Escambia,\n Covington and Okaloosa Counties.\n \n For the Blackwater River...including Baker...Minor flooding is\n forecast.\n \n * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.\n \n * WHERE...Blackwater River near Baker.\n \n * WHEN...From Saturday evening to early Monday morning.\n \n * IMPACTS...At 9.5 feet, Kennedy and Peaden Bridges are flooded\n upstream of Highway 4 bridge. At 11.0 feet, minor flooding of\n secondary roads and lowlands from the Highway 4 Bridge downstream.\n \n * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n - At 8:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 3.4 feet.\n - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage\n late Saturday evening and will continue rising to a crest of\n 11.6 feet Sunday morning. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be\n possible.\n \n * WHERE...Portions of Alabama, including the following areas,\n Baldwin Central, Baldwin Coastal, Baldwin Inland, Butler, Choctaw,\n Clarke, Conecuh, Covington, Crenshaw, Escambia, Mobile Central,\n Mobile Coastal, Mobile Inland, Monroe, Washington and Wilcox,\n northwest Florida, including the following areas, Escambia\n Coastal, Escambia Inland, Okaloosa Coastal, Okaloosa Inland, Santa\n Rosa Coastal and Santa Rosa Inland, and southeast Mississippi,\n including the following areas, George, Greene, Perry, Stone and\n Wayne.\n \n * WHEN...Through Saturday afternoon.\n \n * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,\n creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.\n \n * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n - Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall are expected to pass across\n the area through early Saturday afternoon. Widespread\n rainfall totals of 2 to 5 inches are expected, with localized\n totals above 6 inches possible.
